Grace Diana

Grace Diana is the senior manager of federal government relations for Samsung Electronics in Washington, DC. Prior to joining Samsung, Grace was the executive director of the White House National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) in the Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP), where she managed the day-to-day operations of the NSTC and its 40+ committees and sub-groups and established national goals for federal science and technology investments. In an effort to find solutions for United States’ science and technology challenges, Grace coordinated and facilitated open innovation partnerships across federal agencies, served as a policy advisor on the President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology, and organized several Presidential Awards recognition events, White House summits and international roundtables. Formerly, Grace managed the federal government portfolio of a multi-client legal firm, and served in government and public policy positions, including in the United States Senate. Grace holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations and political science and a master’s degree in public administration from Texas Tech University.
