Bobby O’Brien

Bobby O’Brien is a senior cybersecurity strategist at Microsoft, where his work focuses on Chinese cybersecurity policy and strategy, trusted technology, cloud computing and cyber supply chain risk management. Previously, Bobby served as the business planner responsible for the international pricing and offers strategy associated with Azure, Microsoft’s public cloud computing platform. From 2009 to 2011, Bobby was a researcher in the Foreign Policy Program at the Brookings Institution. Between 2008 and 2009, he was a Fulbright Scholar in China. Bobby is currently a doctoral candidate in international relations at the University of Oxford, from which he received his master’s degree. He also holds a bachelor’s degree from George Washington University.
