Constance Chucholowski

Constance Chucholowski is the founder and managing director at Candid Public Affairs, a strategic public affairs advisory firm that supports tech companies to navigate the Berlin regulatory environment. Prior to founding Candid Public Affairs, she served as a senior director at 365 Sherpas, a political communication and policy advisory firm, where she led several teams in supporting technology and digital service companies. Her focus was to develop political engagement strategies on a wide range of issues, spanning from competition and innovation policy to content and artificial intelligence. Before joining 365 Sherpas’ Berlin office, she was a senior consultant at Joschka Fischer and Company, where she focused on international market entry and regulatory and political risk for the energy, mobility and technology sectors. Previously, she worked for US policymakers at the state and federal level. During her studies, Constance supported political campaigns in a communication and organizing capacity. She holds a bachelor’s degree in international studies and political science from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and a master’s degree in international public affairs as a part of the UW Madison’s La Follette School of Public Affairs’ accelerated program.
